IISMA was born on September 17th, 1985 in San Juan Puerto Rico. Born into a very musically inclined family, he developed an interest in music at a very young age, listening to mostly salsa, but it wasn't til his teens that he would discover his gift in singing. His family moved from P.R. when he was 5 years old, as they all got acclimated to the US, he was exposed to the R&B/Soul scene, which is where he found his niche.
IISMA has been writing and recording for over 10 years now.
He released his first single titled RUN. in 2018 and is currently working on his ep.
